If a father states in a will that all his properties and money are to go to all the sons and none to the daughters by mentioning that he has helped daughters married off from the family already, is this legal and binding?  Basically the father has a traditional mindset that only sons carry family last names and therefore he deemed that daughters should not get anything because of their gender. For justice, does the Thai law protect women's rights so they can still get some inheritence despite the father having gender bias and discrimonatory will execution towards his own daughters?

Your advice on this would be greatly appreciative.
